Travel Agents Nexus is a wholly owned subsidiary of Enterprise Travel Solutions Pty Ltd, a 100% Australian owned travel software and travel content provider. Enterprise Travel Solutions Pty Ltd has content supply arrangements with most of the leading suppliers from around the world and travel content is distributed through Travel Agents Nexus license 2TA07589. The team at ETS have between them more than 80 years experience in the wholesale, inbound and retail travel sectors.

| Robert Hansell – Managing Director. Robert has over 20 years experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Prior roles include Global Operations Manager for Flairview Travel owner and operator of HotelClub and Rates2Go (now owned by Travelport). Robert was instrumental in the development of the HotelClub Online platform and he brings that expertise to Travel Agents Nexus. Robert was also a founding partner and General Manager of YQ4 Travel and also Travel Maestro a leading Australian Inbound Tour Operator. Robert is currently the Treasure of SKAL Sydney and a former committee member of ATEC NSW. |
| Andrew Bates – Director of IT. Unlike most software specialists in this industry who know a little bit about travel Andrew is a software specialist who lives and breathes travel. With over 15 years experience in the travel industry starting at Garuda Orient Holidays with roles in both accounts and product before finding his home in IT. He was responsible for establishing the IT systems software systems at The Travel Spirit Group and also YQ4Travel before deciding to set up the Enterprise Travel Solutions software development team. Once you begin using the software you will know it has been developed by someone who really understands your needs. |
| Chris Gray – Business Development Manager. Chris is responsible for making sure we are meeting the needs of our customers at all times through both our communications and our training. He has over 30 years experience in Customer Service and Training in a wide variety of fields. Chris is a member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development and the Public Relations Institute. |
| Suzie Campbell – International Sales. With more than 30 year's experience in the Restaurant, Hotel and Tour and Travel industry, Suzie has owned and managed her own Italian restaurant in Australia, she has managed several hotel properties and served as Director of Sales and Marketing for two large hotel resorts. Suzie also worked as a Director and Vice-President of the Best Western International Marketing Co-op in the United States. |
| Karin Heffernan – Product Co-ordinator. Karin has over 10 years experience in the travel industry in both the retail and wholesale sectors. Along with the day-to-day management of product loading and maintenance, Karin is a product buyer for Travel Agents Nexus and attends trade conferences in Australia and overseas. |
